The objects of the Trust shall be the following, but not limited to, and it is hereby declared that none of them shall be in the nature of carrying on of any activity for profit:
- To promote Functional Medicine in Indian society as scientifically proven approach to chronic disease management.
- To research on plant based medicine and promote its usage for general public towards maintenance of health, well-being and happiness, preventing chronic lifestyle diseases arising out of various nutritional deficiencies and toxins.
- To promote Health and Fitness in Indian society through lifestyle changes and functional medicine especially in the youth and children.
- To research, promote and train all people for research based yet unconventional solutions to pharmaceuticals drugs and medicines including but not limited to diet, nutritional supplements and lifestyle changes.
- To collaborate with organizations and health institutes to spread awareness of Functional and Metabolic medicine.
- To conduct physical and online training of Functional & Metabolic medicine in India and Abroad in collaboration with health and training organizations.
- To spread awareness and carry out functional medicine treatments in weaker sections of society including special needs free of cost as charity.
- To conduct workshops, seminars, road shows, media promotions, advertisements etc. to spread the awareness of fitness, lifestyles, health and functional medicine.
- To establish, promote, support, maintain, help and run medical or/and educational institutions and other establishments for giving medical relief and education to the public.
- To provide education, medicines, food, clothing, water light and/or shelter for the and/or old senior citizens or needy persons and to give help to them either in cash or in kind or otherwise;
- To establish, maintain and run institutions for senior citizens, their care, treatment day home, etc., and to grant assistance in cash or kind for the purpose.
- To collect and receive donations, contributions, subscriptions, bequest, grant in-aid, other aid assistance in cash or in kind from all persons and institutions interested in the objects of the Trust.
- To take or accept donation, loans, subsidies, aids, assistance (both monetary and in kind) from whatever source available.
- To carry and run institutions having objectives similar to the Trust not involving carrying on any activity for profit;
- May help people with money and medicines during natural calamity such as floods, famine etc. and also during civil commotion and other distresses.
- May organize or aid such projects, as the trustees may deem fit for the relief for the poor, education, medical, relief, and aid for old and senior citizens and the advancement of any other objects of general public utility not involving the carrying on of any activity for profit.
- To grant aid or render assistance to other public charitable trusts or institutions.

Beneficiaries-
All the mankind without any discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, colour creed or sex shall be beneficiaries of this Trust. The Trust shall exist solely for philanthropic purpose and not for purposes of profit.
